Beau Hossler ~ Happy Father’s Day, Dad. I’m leading the US Open
17 year old, Beau Hossler, with his godfather as is caddie (caddie Bill Schellenberg)
is given his dad the best Father’s Day present ~ at one point during the second round he was leading the
Us Open Golf Championship at Olympic Club.
“It’s pretty cool,” said Beau Hossler. “I feel like I’m a little more experienced this year.
I feel comfortable out here.”
He played his last seven holes at 5 over and finished the second round tied for ninth place. He is still low amateur.
“Let’s be honest,” said his father, the elder Beau Hossler. “I’m sure he got caught up a bit in the moment.”
